ECA Configuration

Allows administrators to configure ECAs with ease. From naming activities and defining types to customizing graphics and fonts for the parent login interface, we provide a robust platform for tailoring each activity. Instructors' details, including social media links and website information, can be seamlessly integrated. Time slots are flexible and can be updated, and administrators can set limits to ensure optimal participation.

ECA Setup

Creating and managing ECAs has never been simpler. Administrators can provision cover pages, update logos, and provide detailed descriptions. With options to select ECA names, activities, and types from predefined lists, the setup process is intuitive. Additionally, administrators can categorize instructors as either outside vendors or school staff. It supports grade selection, and instructor/staff allocation, and allows administrators to set booking and event dates. Demo sessions can be configured with specific start and end dates, and eligibility checks ensure adherence to defined timelines. Seat limits, amounts, locations, and short descriptions are easily entered.

ECA View

MySchoolOne offers a comprehensive view of all created activities, empowering administrators to track and manage each event efficiently. Robust reporting tools provide insights into the success and engagement levels of every activity.

Parent Login View

For parents, MySchoolOne provides a user-friendly interface. It allows them to view all activities available for their child's grade, make direct event bookings, and explore demo session options if offered. The system ensures that parents cannot select multiple events with conflicting timings and allows for seamless switching between their children's accounts. Receipts are generated promptly upon payment.
